Full refurbishment of a historic building in Málaga into a five-star hotel, designed by ISERN & Asociados Arquitectos.
Our role
- Site direction. Quantity and quality control on site: setting-out, testing of materials and works, measurements, valuations and as-built documentation under Spanish building law (LOE).
- Health & safety coordination. Approval of the contractor’s safety plan, control of companies and workers on site, regular inspections and the incident log.
