First phase of a 64-home development in Cortesín (Casares) for Dar Global: 35 homes, communal areas and pool.

• Project Management. Management on the owner’s behalf of planning, budget and programme, and coordination of designers, contractors and consultants.
• Site direction. Quantity and quality control on site: setting-out, testing of materials and works, measurements, valuations and as-built documentation under Spanish building law (LOE).
• Health & safety coordination. Approval of the contractor’s safety plan, control of companies and workers on site, regular inspections and the incident log.
